Attira AI ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Attira AI mobile application (the "App"), which allows users to transform uploaded photos into stylized character figure images using artificial intelligence (the "Service").
We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the App. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information to provide and improve the Service:
Information You Provide
- User Content: Photos or images you upload to transform into character figure scenes (e.g., adding figure boxes, Blender modeling displays, plastic bases, indoor settings). We process these temporarily on our servers to generate the output image.
- Account Information (if you create an account): Email, username, or other details you provide.
Automatically Collected Information
- Usage Data: How you interact with the App (features used, timestamps, crashes).
- Device Information: Device model, OS version, unique identifiers, IP address, language.
- Camera/Photos Access: We request permission to access your camera or photo library only when you choose to upload an image for transformation. We do not access without your explicit consent.
Third-Party Services
We may use:
- AWS (Amazon Web Services) for temporary image processing and storage (encrypted, deleted after generation).
- Analytics (e.g., Firebase, Google Analytics) for usage trends.
We do NOT collect:
- Facial feature points, biometric data, or any face-specific information.
- Sensitive personal data beyond what's necessary for image transformation.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To process your uploaded photo and generate the character figure image based on your prompt.
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
- To respond to support requests.
- For analytics to understand usage and enhance features.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do NOT use your uploaded images or generated content to train AI models, for advertising profiling, or any purpose beyond real-time generation.
3. Data Retention
- Uploaded photos and temporary processing data are automatically deleted immediately after the transformation is complete (typically within seconds/minutes).
- Generated images are stored on our servers for 24 hours only, allowing you to download them during this period. After 24 hours, all generated images are automatically and permanently deleted.
- Usage logs and analytics data are retained as long as necessary for service improvement, typically up to 12-24 months.
4. Sharing Your Information
We do NOT share your uploaded photos or personal data with third parties except:
- Service providers (e.g., AWS for hosting/processing) under strict confidentiality.
- As required by law or to protect rights/safety.
We do NOT share with third-party AI services for processing unless explicitly disclosed and consented (currently none).
5. Data Security
We use industry-standard measures (encryption in transit/rest, access controls) to protect your data. No method is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps.
6. Your Rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by contacting us. For GDPR/CCPA users, additional rights apply (e.g., opt-out of certain processing).
7. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If we learn of such collection, we will delete it.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Check back periodically.
